Job description

Top-tier international law firm seeks a Senior-level Litigation Docketing Specialist for its Texas offices. Responsibilities will include handling the daily activities in a Managing Attorney’s Office, with a focus on reviewing court filings, docketing, calculating deadlines, tracking critical dates, and utilizing the firm’s calendaring database to process and calendar incoming court documents. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a large law firm and 5+ years of prior experience in litigation docketing. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and rules-based calendaring software such as CourtAlert or CompuLaw, as well as federal, state and local court systems and electronic filing systems. A college degree as well as a paralegal certificate are desired. While this is a remote position, there may be needs to work at the office occasionally, when necessary.
