Intellectual Property Legal Assistant / Paralegal


Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join its growing IP practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated patent, trademark, and litigation matters while enjoying a highly competitive compensation package and a reasonable annual billable requirement.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage IP dockets and client portfolios
  • Support patent and trademark prosecution matters
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents
  • Track deadlines and maintain case files
  • Coordinate client communications and reporting
  • Assist with litigation support and document management
  • Handle administrative functions including invoicing, travel coordination, and file maintenance
