Job description

We’re hiring outbound appointment setters to join our growing remote team.

This is a structured, high-performance role where your primary responsibility is simple:

Book appointments.

No client management. No admin work. No editing. No fulfillment.

Just setting appointments and getting paid for booking an appointment to our client's calendar.

What You’ll Do

  • Call real estate agents
  • Offer a complimentary real estate media service
  • Book appointments directly into our client’s calendar
  • Submit a simple closed deal form
  • Move on to the next opportunity

Once the shoot is booked, your job is done.

Daily Workflow (suggested)

  • Work with 2 clients per day
  • 1 client in the morning
  • 1 client in the afternoon
  • 60 calls per session (30 dials per client)
  • Goal: 3–4 booked shoots per client session

Our systems, scripts, training, and support team are designed to make the process as simple as possible.

Weekly Expectations

  • Work approximately 5 days per week (you can do more)
  • Handle up to 10 clients total
  • Book approximately 3 free shoots per client per week

This is a performance-based role with clear KPIs and expectations.

Current targets include:

  • Approximately 30 calls per assigned client per week
  • Around a 10% close rate
  • Consistent activity and communication via slack and team meetings happening twice a week.
