Job description

Carson Commerce is hiring a DM Appointment Setter

Carson Commerce is an eBay reselling coaching brand built on $1M+ in personal eBay revenue. We're hiring an appointment setter to work our inbound DMs and lead backlog, and book qualified calls onto our closer's calendar.

What you'll do: Work inbound Facebook and Instagram DMs from people who already engaged with our content. Reach back out to a backlog of nearly 5,000 existing leads. Qualify prospects on revenue, timeline, and intent. Book qualified calls onto our closer's calendar. Follow up relentlessly — most of our leads are lost to silence, not rejection. Confirm every booking the same day to protect show rates. Report daily on conversations, bookings, and shows.

What we provide: 30–50 new inbound leads every day — no cold outreach, no prospecting. A backlog of ~5,000 unworked leads sitting untouched. 1.5M monthly organic impressions driving constant volume. Proven messaging frameworks and qualification criteria. A finished flagship course and six recorded client testimonials to send. A clear niche with a specific customer avatar. Room to grow into a lead setter role as we scale.

What we need: 1+ year of DM setting experience for a high-ticket coaching or consulting offer. Comfortable holding a real conversation instead of pasting a script. Fast response times — speed to lead is most of this job. Organized enough to run your own follow-up sequences. Able to work US hours. Can start within 1 week.

Compensation: Base plus performance. Paid on calls that actually show, not conversations had. Bonus on every close that comes from your bookings. Uncapped.

Who you'll be talking to: Established eBay sellers ages 45–75, mostly women, already making money and looking for expert guidance to scale. They respond to genuine, helpful conversations — not pressure.

To apply, answer these 3 questions:

  • How long have you been DM setting, and for what kind of offer and price point?
  • What's the most calls you've booked in a single month, and what was your show rate?
  • When can you start?

This role is seven hours a day of messaging people who mostly won't reply. If that sounds miserable, don't apply. If you know how to make it work, tell us how in your answers.
