Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions with clients through secure video chat platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to address the diverse needs of clients, facilitating meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s specific circumstances, goals, and therapeutic needs.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships through active engagement and empathetic listening.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and equipping clients with healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults presenting with varied mental health needs. Your role is vital in helping clients navigate their experiences, while fostering resilience and improved mental wellness. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed to practice as a mental health professional in your jurisdiction including LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• No pending disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a deep understanding of mental health principles.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse adult populations, especially in outpatient settings.
• Prior use of telehealth platforms to provide counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits
