Description
Our Las Vegas-based Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for an experienced Settlement Distribution Manager. Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant settlement distribution experience. To incentivize efficiency and maintain client satisfaction, this position offers performance-based bonuses.
Applicants should be familiar with the process of collecting records, bills, and CORs, analyzing settlement breakdowns, spreadsheets, and percentages, and subsequently disbursing Personal Injury files. We are particularly interested in securing the services of a bilingual and energetic individual who is able to work well within a busy team environment. Spanish is not a necessity, but would be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
โ€ข Confirming with medical providers that clients have been treated with
โ€ข Preparing files to be disbursed, specifically spreadsheets, and verifying costs and documents
โ€ข Meeting with clients to present the settlement payment
โ€ข Client online reviews via Google, Avvo, Yelp, Martindale
โ€ข Working one-on-one with Attorneys and the Case Management team
Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum one year of experience with medical records and billing
โ€ข Experience with spreadsheets
โ€ข Knowledge and experience with various Microsoft digital tools
โ€ข Ability to absorb new programming
โ€ข Experience with Subrogation
