Job description

As an eDiscovery Legal Operations Specialist, you’ll provide eDiscovery project support and technical services to the Legal organization as well as support in the areas of litigation readiness, eDiscovery project planning, custodian tracking, data analytics report creation, management of eDiscovery projects, and enhancing eDiscovery protocols, processes, and systems.  You’ll also work closely with in-house counsel, outside counsel, IT, paralegals, eDiscovery vendors, internal investigators, and other staff. 
 
This is a remote position with occasional travel (generally once per quarter).
 
Must-have qualifications   
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience working in a legal/litigation environment with an emphasis on discovery project management and processes. 
  • {OR} bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a legal/litigation environment, with emphasis on discovery project management and processes. 
Preferred Skills 
  • Hands-on experience executing or overseeing defensible data collections across enterprise systems (e.g., M365, file shares), including custodian coordination, scope validation, and QC. 
  • Practical experience configuring and validating processing workflows (OCR, metadata extraction, deduplication) and resolving common issues. 
  • Proven ability to maintain audit-ready documentation (chain of custody, logs) and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity. 
  • Ability to independently coordinate with Legal, IT, vendors, and outside counsel to execute and troubleshoot discovery workflows. 
  • Experience managing end-to-end eDiscovery workstreams, including scoping, tracking, risk mitigation, and timely delivery. 
Compensation  
  • $108,745-$119,500/year 
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
