As our Client Intake & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out for help. You’ll answer questions, guide them through our process, and make sure they feel supported from the very first call — all while working remotely.

What You’ll Do
  • Connect with Families: Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, build trust quickly, and understand client needs.

  • Close & Onboard: Secure signed service agreements, schedule home assessments, and ensure a smooth start to care.

  • Track & Improve: Document every interaction in our CRM, share insights on lead quality, and meet or exceed conversion goals.
