Flourish Youth and Family Health Services is seeking a fully licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions in a flexible environment. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including other social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, all committed to providing coordinated and effective care. As an LICSW at Flourish, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of clinical tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to treat clients overcoming various mental health challenges.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and care quality.
• Engaging in multidisciplinary teamwork, where you will collaborate with members of the treatment team to refine care strategies and share insights during case consultations.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.
• Providing family support and education around mental health issues, helping them to understand treatment options and navigate available community resources.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of youths and families who are facing various emotional and psychological challenges. By understanding their unique backgrounds and circumstances, you will tailor your interventions to help these clients achieve their mental health goals. The variety of cases ensures that no two days are the same, providing you with the opportunity to grow your skills and expand your clinical expertise.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services to youths or families.
• Strong proficiency in a range of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and work within a collaborative team.
• Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with experience specifically in school-based therapy or previous roles in remote service delivery will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technology is also a significant advantage.

This position offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, Flourish provides an extensive benefits package, which includes:
