• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including crisis intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, meeting all regulatory standards, and utilize electronic health record systems efficiently for patient management.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical evaluation process, collaborating with team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Actively participate in the development and execution of positive behavior support plans in coordination with clients and their families.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and necessary local, state, or federal resources, ensuring access to additional support services.
• Create partnerships with community organizations and state agencies to enhance program offerings and secure additional funding opportunities.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and participating in relevant task forces or committees.
• Promote and integrate the mission and vision of Neuro Health Care Clinic within community engagement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the overall success and operation of the clinic.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, and those with developmental disabilities. • A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• An active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington is essential.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other digital tools for client management.
• Background in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and treatment planning.
