We are seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic and fully remote outpatient mental health clinic. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs, followed by creating tailored treatment plans grounded in best practice methodologies.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to provide holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Engaging in regular peer consultation meetings to enhance case management and improve therapeutic techniques through collective learning.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, providing them with the tools and resources to enhance their understanding of treatment options and community services.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in mental health research to continuously integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly with varied clients.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience working in remote settings or those who have utilized telehealth platforms will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, along with prior exposure to community resource networking, is advantageous.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
