• Supervise the clinical care of patients, ensuring high standards of service delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to foster patient growth and resilience.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients, documenting findings and preparing thorough treatment logs that guide ongoing care.
• Maintain a manageable caseload that encompasses a diverse range of psychological needs, ensuring patients receive timely and relevant interventions.
• Employ advanced assessment skills to identify potential therapeutic interventions, working collaboratively with patients and their families to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Utilize clinical expertise to address crisis situations, providing immediate crisis intervention and support when necessary.
• Provide tailored counseling services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, ensuring the unique concerns of each client are addressed.
• Conduct regular evaluations to track patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Develop and maintain written strategy outlines and progress summaries, ensuring transparency and accountability in the counseling process.
• Offer educational resources and supportive programs for patients and their families to enhance understanding and facilitate personal development.

As a counselor in our outpatient office, you will serve a varied client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role is pivotal in establishing trust and rapport, enabling you to guide clients through therapeutic processes that promote healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience is crucial for successful applicants.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with a variety of psychological disorders.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques.
• Skills in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and management of patient information.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
