We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (with credentials including LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to join our team at Everyone Matters Healthcare Services, LLC. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, including risk assessments for suicide and other mental health concerns, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention services, psychotherapy, and supportive counseling tailored to the needs of clients in various settings.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address both psychiatric and physical health issues of patients.
• Write detailed clinical reports and develop treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, adjusting them as necessary in response to client progress.
• Support patient care by effectively monitoring their progress, maintaining adherence to ethical standards, and fulfilling reporting mandates.
• Serve as a key communication link between patients, care teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure holistic treatment.
• Assist with on-call crisis services and provide emergency consultations on workdays.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs with an awareness of their personal histories, including any concerns related to substance abuse or criminal behavior.

Your clinical focus will primarily be on working with mothers and underserved individuals within the community. You'll utilize your understanding of socioeconomic factors to tailor therapeutic approaches that resonate with clients' unique circumstances, fostering long-term wellness and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an independent mental health license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Diverse and demonstrated competency in managing a large caseload effectively while interfacing with various healthcare providers.
• A strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals seeking mental health support and contributing positively to the field of behavioral care.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records and technical applications relevant to mental health documentation and communication.
• Ability to commute to and from veterans' homes for necessary on-site client visits as needed, holding a valid driver's license.

• Experience in areas such as mental health assessments, community outreach, substance abuse treatment, and welfare services is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders would be an asset in this position.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in providing online / remote therapy, especially in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
