Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will involve a variety of critical tasks aimed at facilitating the mental health and overall well-being of your clients. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique needs and concerns.
• Developing tailored treatment plans employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administering therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to individual client preferences.
• Maintaining precise clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide cohesive care.

You will work with a diverse demographic of patients, ranging from adolescents to adults, each dealing with varying degrees of mental health issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
