This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a vital part of our outpatient office team located in Redmond, Oregon. • Utilize an electronic medical record system to accurately monitor and document each client's progress against their set goals, ensuring a clear communication channel within the social work team.
• Actively participate in scheduled meetings, bringing insights and feedback that contribute to team objectives and client outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional codes of conduct as established by relevant regulatory bodies.
• Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring compliance with treatment standards and quality assurance measures.
• Maintain a structured work schedule that is coordinated with your direct supervisor, allowing for seamless communication regarding client management and ongoing priorities.
• Implement directives and instructions from supervisors, consistently evaluating the effectiveness of your approaches and adapting strategies as necessary.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services tailored to meet the needs of young clients facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique stresses encountered by youth today, particularly as they navigate academic pressures, family dynamics, and personal development.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An active and valid state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated capability to effectively prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities as needed to maintain high-quality service in a busy caseload environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate clients and colleagues by maintaining enthusiasm for the therapeutic process.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
