This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a vital part of our outpatient office team located in Redmond, Oregon. Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize an electronic medical record system to accurately monitor and document each client's progress against their set goals, ensuring a clear communication channel within the social work team.

  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional codes of conduct as established by relevant regulatory bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • An active and valid state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities as needed to maintain high-quality service in a busy caseload environment.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate clients and colleagues by maintaining enthusiasm for the therapeutic process.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
