Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, with the option to engage with clients through various digital platforms. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for resources and team meetings, facilitating ongoing communication and collaboration among our mental health professionals. You will benefit from a structured work schedule set by your direct supervisor, allowing you to manage your client caseload effectively while interacting with colleagues during required meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in mandatory team meetings to enhance communication and share best practices.
  • Adhere to applicable ethical codes and organizational policies to provide the highest quality care.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, leveraging evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate progress monitoring through the electronic medical record system, documenting patient milestones and adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Assist clients in navigating financial and social resources to address their holistic needs.
  • Manage a diverse caseload effectively while prioritizing tasks and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing requirements, including keeping your Oregon Driver’s License, CPR, and First Aid certifications up-to-date.
  • Engage in professional development to advance personal competencies and meet ongoing credentialing requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on youth who may be facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social or familial issues. You will employ a strengths-based approach, working collaboratively with clients to foster resilience and encourage positive coping mechanisms. Your interventions will promote their personal growth, guiding them towards achieving their goals both academically and personally.

Qualifications
  • A valid independent license in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is a must.
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
  • Strong ethical framework and a commitment to maintaining standards of practice in clinical settings.
Preferred Experience
  • A proven ability to manage high caseloads while delivering high-quality service.

Compensation and Benefits
