The Healing Place Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually and comes with a sign-on bonus. As a full-time LMHC, you will work remotely, allowing for a flexible schedule that enhances work-life balance. • Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, while also creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Document client interactions and treatment recommendations in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Utilize evidence-based tools and methodologies as directed by the clinical team to monitor client progress effectively.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement in therapy.
• Participate proactively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining our standard of excellence in mental health care delivery.

Our diverse patient population includes individuals facing a range of challenges, from emotional instability to substance use disorders and developmental disabilities. As an LMHC, your role will be pivotal in creating tailored interventions that resonate with client-specific experiences and cultural backgrounds, promoting a path to recovery and personal empowerment. • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Successfully completed full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting.
• Must be eligible for licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• A valid driver's license in good standing, enabling local travel when needed.
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for quickly building rapport and fostering trust with clients.
• Strong empathic listening skills paired with the ability to deliver constructive guidance.
• Meticulous attention to detail and robust organizational capabilities.

• Experience in providing therapy for a variety of mental health issues, including trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with working in outpatient settings or with community organizations.
• History of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes.
