As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your core duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods to facilitate patient progress.
• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation following HIPAA guidelines, which includes session notes, treatment updates, and patient progress reports.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and support optimal patient outcomes.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve treatment methodologies and ensure a high standard of care.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources that promote overall mental wellness.
• Remaining informed on the latest research and trends in mental health to incorporate current knowledge and techniques into your practice.

Your work will focus on a diverse group of individuals and families from various backgrounds, many of whom face unique mental health challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our aim is to provide culturally competent care that acknowledges and addresses the specific needs of each patient, regardless of their geographical location.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this role.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut is necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services, is essential.
• Strong proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that aid in building rapport with patients and colleagues.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
