• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new and existing patients to understand their unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs and functional in a remote setting.
• Maintain precise clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated patient care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews via video conferencing to continuously enhance the quality of care delivered.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, making use of digital communication tools for effective engagement.
