Professionals in this field may work for government agencies, non-profits, advocacy groups, or private organizations to improve access, inclusion, and support for people with disabilities. Responsibilities often include policy research, legislative analysis, advocacy, and collaboration with stakeholders. These roles require strong communication skills, knowledge of disability law, and the ability to work independently from home.

The services you will provide will primarily focus on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Our dedicated Children's Services programs emphasize the first three years of life, a critical window for early intervention. By working with these families, you will support skill development across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your efforts will directly contribute to enriching the quality of life for these vulnerable children and their families.

  • A valid driverโ€™s license.
  • A proven ability to adapt strategies and interventions based on individual child needs and treatment plans.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, the following experiences are preferred:

  • A demonstrated commitment to guiding interventions through Natural Learning Environment practices.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse population.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with effective communication abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit with a focus on mutual respect in team settings.
