• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges faced by each client, thereby informing effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions based on solution-focused strategies, helping clients cope with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including medical staff, addiction specialists, and fellow social workers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices and substance use treatment by engaging in regular professional development activities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various backgrounds who are experiencing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Your work will not only aid in detoxification processes but also offer long-term recovery strategies essential for sustained well-being. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.

• Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques is highly valued.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
