Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Policy Analyst to support global research and analysis of Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) regulations and broader anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. This role focuses on evaluating jurisdictional policies, identifying regulatory coverage gaps, and delivering actionable insights to strengthen global compliance practices.

The ideal candidate has a strong academic background in Political Science, International Relations, or Pre-Law, along with exceptional writing and research capabilities and the ability to synthesize complex global policy information.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and comparative analysis of global PEP laws, regulations, and AML frameworks
  • Evaluate differences across jurisdictions and identify gaps in regulatory coverage
  • Analyze cross-governmental policies and provide insights on regional and country-specific compliance requirements
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance policy coverage and accuracy
  • Prepare formal reports, summaries, and proposals for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory and policy initiatives
  • Utilize internal data, research tools, and external sources to validate findings and support analysis

Pay and Benefits
