What You'll Do

  • Draft motions, discovery, and mediation briefs
  • Manage litigation deadlines and case progression
  • Support attorneys throughout the litigation process
  • Organize case files and litigation documents
  • Help drive cases toward efficient resolution

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of California litigation experience
  • Strong drafting experience, including motions, discovery, and mediation briefs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications

  • California employment litigation experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Paralegal certificate
  • Prior remote work experience

Compensation

$85,000 - $120,000 DOE
