• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow counselors, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s mental health needs.
• Utilize our user-friendly therapist portal to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including digital tools that simplify the documentation process.
• Administer symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor client developments, allowing for the adjustment of treatment plans in real-time.
• Participate in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, receiving guidance and support to enhance your clinical skills and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic care via synchronous live video sessions, addressing a variety of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

As a mental health counselor at Peaceful Living Counseling Services, you will serve a diverse clientele, including adults from various backgrounds and life experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in providing culturally responsive care, addressing the needs of individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. The role demands a commitment to deliver high-quality therapeutic support to vulnerable groups while promoting inclusivity within mental health care.

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid independent license in your state, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, with additional state licenses viewed as a significant advantage.
• A strong aptitude for technology and the integration of digital solutions into your clinical practice to enhance treatment delivery.
• A passion for working with varied populations and a commitment to offering culturally competent care.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adults experiencing mental health disorders.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload effectively, ensuring each client receives the attention and guidance they need for recovery.
