• Conduct personalized therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and health coaches, to develop and optimize individualized care plans.
• Maintain precise and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with licensing requirements and organizational standards to ensure continuity of care.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and active licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in providing mental health services.

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with underrepresented populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance virtual therapy experiences and clinical documentation.
• Demonstrated expertise in culturally competent counseling practices and trauma-informed care.
