Right Path Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility while providing high-quality mental health support. As part of our community health clinic model, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams remotely, maintaining open lines of communication with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care for the families we serve. Your day-to-day work will include working closely with families, children, and other professionals to implement individualized support plans.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the needs of children and their families.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), outlining tailored strategies to support child development.
• Monitor and assess outcomes as a dedicated member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective service delivery.
• Deliver parenting and family support, strengthening the bond and enhancing the child's learning environment.
• Provide coaching and guidance to families, employing evidence-based practices that foster healthy development and learning.
• Develop strong rapport and trust with clients, utilizing empathetic communication and active listening skills.
• Stay compliant with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance service delivery and outcomes for children.

The primary focus of your role will be on young children, particularly those experiencing delays in development or disabilities. You will work with a diverse array of families from various socio-economic backgrounds, providing tailored support that respects their individual circumstances and cultural values. By implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices, you will guide families in fostering their child's development in nurturing and supportive settings.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license for any necessary travel for client or team meetings.
• A commitment to adapting therapeutic approaches based on the unique learning styles and needs of each child.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and written communication skills.
• A respectful attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with various team members to enhance service delivery.

• At least one year of hands-on experience in working with children in early intervention programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
