This remote position allows you to connect with families and children across Fort Worth, Texas, from the comfort of your home. You will be part of a nurturing virtual community that emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement. Utilizing various digital tools and platforms, you will engage with clients, attend virtual team meetings, and remain abreast of developments in best practices and policies relevant to early childhood intervention.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the unique needs of each child and develop actionable Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of IFSPs, fostering partnerships with families and other professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate progress on IFSP outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed based on developmental milestones and family priorities.
• Utilize natural environment teaching and coaching models to deliver family-centered services, enhancing children's learning experiences.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and resources to families, equipping them with the tools necessary to support their child's growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to social work practices and early intervention services.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members to create a healthy learning environment that promotes safety and trust.

Your primary focus will be on children ages 0-3 who face developmental delays or disabilities. By implementing tailored interventions and assessments, you will help children achieve essential milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your work will play a critical role in setting the foundation for lifelong learning and emotional resilience.

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in the field from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health in Texas.
• Possess a valid driver's license for potential home visits or community engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to suit diverse learning styles and individual treatment plans.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working in early intervention settings, ideally within school systems.
• A strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and family-centered, culturally responsive care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
