• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' specific needs and challenges.
• Create personalized treatment plans that focus on individual goals and promote recovery.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with the latest research and best practices in social work.

The rehabilitation center serves individuals facing various issues relating to mental health, particularly those affected by trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our clients are often at a pivotal point in their recovery journey, and your expertise will be essential in providing therapeutic support to empower them through this process. You will work with a diverse range of clients, ensuring culturally competent care that recognizes individual experiences and backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client situations.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a rehabilitation or mental health setting will be given preference. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are advantageous, as you will be expected to utilize these tools to manage client information and treatment documentation efficiently.
