Job description

ABOUT HAYS ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONSย

Hays Enterprise Solutions manages and strategically develops a defined portfolio of global clients across all Hays service lines and geographies โ€” working at the C-suite level to increase market share, expand geographic reach, and deepen client loyalty. Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology.ย

OUR NEW ROLEย

We are seeking aย Recruiting Coordinatorย to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company for a 3โ€“6-month assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the interview and hiring process end to end โ€” scheduling a high volume of interviews, managing logistics, preparing offer letters, initiating and monitoring background checks, and supporting onboarding activities. You will be the operational backbone of the hiring process, ensuring every candidate and hiring manager has a smooth, professional experience from first interview through day one.ย

WHAT YOUโ€™LL ACTUALLY DOย

Your day is built around keeping hiring moving.ย Youโ€™reย the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks โ€” from the moment a candidate is ready toย interview toย the day they walk in the door.ย

Interview & Hiring Process Coordinationย

  • Manage and drive the end-to-end interview process, ensuringย timelyย progression of candidates at every stageย
  • Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groupsย
  • Coordinate allย logisticsย โ€” virtual meeting links, onsite interview rooms, travel arrangements where applicable, and candidate communicationsย
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment and smooth execution throughout each hiring stageย

Offer & Pre-Employment Activitiesย

  • Draft, prepare, and distribute offer letters with a high degree of accuracyย
  • Initiate background checks andย monitorย progress to ensureย timelyย completionย
  • Launch onboarding workflows and track completion of required documentation and tasksย
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the pre-hire and onboarding phasesย

Operational & Administrative Supportย

  • Maintainย accurateย candidate records and data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)ย
  • Support process improvements and documentation of recruiting workflowsย
  • Assistย with reporting, metrics, and dashboards as neededย
  • Contribute to special projects across the Talent Acquisition team โ€” employer branding, process optimization, or event coordinationย

WHAT YOUโ€™LL NEED TO SUCCEEDย

Experienceย

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles โ€” RPO experience preferredย
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience also consideredย
  • Experience with an ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever) preferredย
  • Familiarity with background check processes and onboarding systems is a plusย

Technical & Functional Skillsย

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of moving parts simultaneouslyย
  • Strong communicator โ€” professional, clear, and confident with both candidates and senior stakeholdersย
  • Solid understanding of professional communication and confidentiality standardsย
  • Able to work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively as part of a distributed teamย
  • Comfortableย workingย fullyย remoteย with strong self-management and follow-throughย

WHAT YOUโ€™LL GET IN RETURNย

  • Hourly rate: $28.00/hourย
  • Fully remote scheduleย
    • Competitively priced medical, vision, and dental plansย
    • 401(k) with guaranteed match and fast-paced vesting scheduleย ย
