REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME MAY BE AVAILABLE Work directly with physicians and attorneys to coordinate defense of insureds in dental and medical malpractice claims. This is a remote, home-based position.

• Review medical records, policies, and coverage. • Establish reserves. • Recommend defense strategy and estimate potential damages.

• Assign and monitor defense counsel. • Attend trials, mediations, and first suit meetings. • Negotiate settlements or execute denials.
