Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele of stable, low acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This demographic requires understanding and tailored support to navigate daily life and improve their mental well-being. Your role will involve helping these individuals build resilience and develop essential life skills that facilitate long-term recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A full independent license to practice without supervision, one of the following is required:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No limited or provisional licenses and no recent disciplinary actions against professional license.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and empathetic disposition.
  • Strong computer literacy skills for effective use of our therapy platform.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a remote counseling environment or those who have utilized telehealth methodologies may find this role particularly engaging.
