Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing counselors to work from any location while still being integral to our therapeutic community. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct individual and group therapy through our telehealth platform, focusing on mood disorders and related mental health issues, ensuring compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Engage actively in collaborative treatment planning sessions with multidisciplinary teams, contributing clinical insights that lead to effective and individualized care plans.

This position primarily focuses on patients who struggle with mood disorders and various mental health challenges. You will provide care to a diverse client base, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet individual needs, recognizing their varied backgrounds and experiences. By utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will nurture resilience and promote recovery.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential for this position.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating an ability to deliver successful treatment outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in evidence-based practices for treating mood disorders and a solid understanding of psychopharmacology.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
