Job description

Reporting to the Vice President Planning and Digital Capabilities, you will lead the transformation of end-to-end supply planning capabilities through process excellence, organizational effectiveness, digital innovation, and value creation. You will develop and execute strategies that improve customer service, inventory productivity, cash flow, cost efficiency, and supply chain agility while enabling long-term business growth. Working across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and Information Technology, you will modernize supply chain capabilities through advanced planning solutions, artificial intelligence-enabled orchestration, data-driven decision making, and scalable operating models that deliver measurable business outcomes. Candidates must be located in Omaha, NE, Chicago, IL, or in a remote location east of Denver, CO and within 50 miles of a major airport.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise supply chain transformation strategies that improve service, inventory productivity, cash flow, cost efficiency, and organizational agility.

  • Translate business strategy into scalable supply chain capabilities, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier operations to unlock value through process, technology, and organizational improvements.

  • Lead initiatives that optimize inventory investment while maintaining or improving customer service performance through advanced planning methodologies, segmentation strategies, policy governance, and network balancing.

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by eliminating supply chain bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process variation to enhance responsiveness, reliability, and execution excellence.

  • Lead the design, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of planning solutions that improve visibility, decision quality, automation, and operational performance.

  • Develop and implement artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation capabilities, including Agentic Supply Planning Orchestration, to improve productivity and accelerate decision making.

  • Establish performance management frameworks, data governance standards, and analytics-driven processes that support fact-based decision making.

  • Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and Information Technology teams to align priorities and drive enterprise execution.

  • Build strategic relationships with suppliers and external partners to improve supply assurance, visibility, responsiveness, and value creation.

  • Lead organizational change initiatives to support the successful implementation and sustainment of new capabilities, technologies, and operating models.

  • Lead business impact initiatives, experience in deploying in AI platforms such as Palantir, Databricks, Microsoft fabric.

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on transformation, innovation, and operational excellence.

  • Monitor emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to strengthen competitive advantage and accelerate supply chain value creation.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience with demonstrated success in strategy development, process improvement, and technology implementation.

  • Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs and delivering measurable business results.

  • Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier collaboration processes.

  • Supply Chain industry thought leadership

  • Experience implementing advanced planning, automation, artificial intelligence, or digital supply chain solutions.

  • Strong program and change management leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data and insights to drive business decisions.

  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage leaders at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments while effectively managing multiple priorities.

  • Travel up to 40%

Compensation

Pay Range:$135,000-$200,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
