Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions through video chat, aiming to improve the mental health and well-being of clients.
• Encouraging clients to openly discuss their emotions and life experiences, helping them gain insights into their thoughts and behaviors.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their goals and navigating their journey toward mental wellness.
• Evaluating clients’ mental conditions and developing tailored treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach and your unique clinical experience.
• Utilizing a specialized online therapy platform to manage appointments, track client progress, and conduct live sessions through video or text.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will consist of stable adults with low-acuity mental health needs, as they have been carefully screened prior to booking your services. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and fully active license from the state board to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• A strong foundation in interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature, vital for building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience
