In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of patients, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Providing short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention strategies to assist patients navigating various mental health challenges.
• Facilitating engaging therapy groups and workshops that focus on important topics like stress management, coping strategies, and personal development.

You will work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders, among others. • Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s or doctoral degree.
• Proven ability to understand and address the unique challenges faced by patients in a telehealth context.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice models and brief therapeutic interventions suitable for remote counseling.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently while adapting to the dynamic nature of telehealth service delivery.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly within a telehealth or hospital environment, is preferred.
