Job description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for consideration to fill an open Project Manager position in our Environmental Division. This position will be working remotely for our client's office in Rochester, NY area. The candidate will work with, and report to, their Director, Fleet Planning & Operations.
The Environmental Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for multi-year operations and capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
Salary Range: $42,000 - $45,000/year
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Salary is based on part-time minimum of 16 hours per week.
Duties:
  • Coordination and calculation of annual budgets and quarterly REV adjustments for presentation to upper management.
  • Completion of Rate Case inquiry requests for hard date replies to the satisfaction of the requested state associate. Closely coordinate with Director for data maintenance regarding completion of requests.
  • Performs ESG/GSP Committee data support and backup for large capital projects/purchases.
  • Ad hoc reporting for client's Fleet capital and operations property within their portfolio.
  • Ensures Fleet data resources remain efficient, and well-maintained using a compilation of various reporting structures.
  • Supports the client's Director in the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the fleet data management.
  • Effective communication with external fleet vendors.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure fleet property records meet regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety requirements as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years in SAP Production ERP Global to include reporting, and maintenance of data and all knowledge of aspects of Framework Environments.
  • Must exhibit Microsoft Office Suite proficiency in Word and Excel Databases
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of the company. Portray strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision while also adhering to the policies and procedures and client objectives.
  • Strong computer, writing and general mathematical skills.
