As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of important responsibilities, including:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, aiming to enhance their mental health and well-being.
• Encouraging open discussions with clients to explore emotions and experiences, helping them develop insights about themselves and their interpersonal relationships.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and achieving their mental health goals.

At Mindful Moments Therapy, you will work exclusively with clients who are pre-screened and assessed to ensure they are stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, independent license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor, specifically one of the following:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature for effective client interactions.
• Proficiency in computer usage to access and manage telehealth platforms.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of clinical experience that demonstrates their capability to engage with clients in a telehealth format, utilizing digital tools effectively for therapy delivery.

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on working hours and experience. Additional benefits include:
