• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing licensure or completing their Master’s degree, helping them develop clinical skills and confidence.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of effective treatment strategies, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on current research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic modalities.

We offer an attractive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
