What Success Looks Like

In Your First 90 Days:

  • Get to know Prosper CFO
  • Start reaching out to referral partners (bankers, CPAs, etc) and even ICPs
  • Build your own style of outreachcalls, coffee, LinkedIn, networking events
  • Land at least 5 qualified lead meetings by the end of your first three months.

Down the Road (612 Months):

  • People in your local banking/CPA/networking world know your name
  • You're consistently bringing in 812 warm leads every month
  • You've built a referral network that keeps sending us opportunities without you having to chase as hard.
  • You've proven you can be a growth engine for the firm

Your scorecard is simple:

  • Number of Outreaches
  • Number of your outreaches that turns into meetings
  • How many warm introductions you bring in (leads)

What You Bring

  • A 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Comfort in (and maybe even excitement for) the finance/accounting world.
  • You're self-motivated, resilient, and you don't need someone standing over your shoulder
  • Solid communication skillsyou can hold a room and also send a crisp, professional email
  • Curiosity, hustle, and a competitive edge.

Compensation

We want this role to reward your effort and results. Here's the deal:

Base Salary: $48k$60k

You do well you earn well. Simple as that.

You want to be the highest paid person in the company? Your neighborhood? Earn it.

Commission: 14%+ on the ARR of every closed deal you bring in.

We implement finance teams and systems for companies between $5M and $50M in revenue. Our average client engagement is $120,000 $250,000 in annual recurring revenue so the earning potential is significant. Your income is ultimately up to you.
