This position is designed for remote work, allowing flexibility while ensuring that you have the resources necessary to succeed in delivering telehealth services. You will have the ability to manage your schedule to meet the needs of your clients, with options for evening and weekend sessions to accommodate varying client availabilities. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and intake interviews to effectively identify clients' presenting issues, backgrounds, and treatment objectives.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and supportive counseling techniques.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, adapting interventions as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
• Monitor clients’ progress thoroughly, adjusting treatment plans in response to changes and client feedback.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and state and federal regulations regarding patient information.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and other learning opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health and addiction treatment.
• Create a therapeutic alliance with clients to promote trust, engagement, and active participation in the recovery process.
• Provide clients with practical strategies and support to help them manage challenges related to substance use and mental health.

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your role will involve developing tailored approaches to suit various backgrounds, ensuring cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of their unique situations. This position will require a firm yet nurturing approach, fostering an environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and explore their potential for recovery.

• A valid and active Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a social work setting, with a focus on addiction recovery and mental health preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, including assessments, treatment planning, and various therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices specifically related to addiction treatment and recovery methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience working with community resources, referral systems, and support networks related to substance use disorders.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary of $80,000 to $104,000, supplemented by a sign-on bonus.
