This role is remote and involves full ownership of a workersโ€™ compensation defense caseload, including regular appearances before the WCAB, depositions, motion practice, and settlement evaluation. Attorneys are expected to independently develop a litigation strategy while maintaining consistent communication with clients, adjusters, and internal team members.
