Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through initial evaluations and ongoing sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide direct counseling and support to diverse populations, tailoring interventions to effectively address each client's unique challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed on emerging mental health research and practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to optimize client care and ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Promote client empowerment through education and skill-building techniques, fostering resilience and self-efficacy.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical issues related to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by caseload availability and experience.
