Job description

Be Part Of A Dynamic Team

Join a technology organization investing in modern digital, AI, and analytics capabilities that can transform how business teams operate and make decisions. This role will work across technical and business functions to bring new digital capabilities from concept through implementation, coordinating contributors across product, engineering, infrastructure, data, and user-facing technology.

The environment requires someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, connecting multiple technical disciplines, and maintaining momentum across globally distributed stakeholders.

What's In Store For You

  • Opportunity to lead the delivery of emerging AI, analytics, and digital capabilities.
  • Work with globally distributed technical and business teams.
  • Remote flexibility, with U.S. Eastern Time candidates preferred and qualified candidates across compatible European time zones also considered.
  • Broad exposure across software engineering, infrastructure, data, analytics, and business functions.
  • Opportunity to combine a strong Product Owner mindset with hands-on project delivery leadership.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Own delivery of software, AI, analytics, and digital initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product priorities, delivery plans, and actionable workstreams.
  • Bring together software engineering, infrastructure, cloud/server, UI, data, analytics, and business stakeholders required to deliver complete solutions.
  • Drive scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, milestones, and delivery accountability.
  • Evaluate technical and business tradeoffs while keeping teams aligned around the intended product outcome.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions and communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Apply a product-oriented mindset to new AI and analytics capabilities rather than treating initiatives strictly as traditional projects.

Do you bring proven success in software product ownership and cross-functional delivery?

  • Approximately 8–10+ years of relevant technology delivery experience preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, Digital Product Owner, or equivalent owner of a software solution.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering a digital/software product through multiple stages of its lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of the different disciplines required to build technology products, including engineering, infrastructure, data, integrations, and user experience.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Strong project-management fundamentals while remaining hands-on and outcome-focused.
  • Ability to communicate effectively upstream to leadership and downstream to technical delivery teams.
  • Comfortable operating across distributed and international teams.
  • AI, analytics, enterprise platforms, or ERP exposure is beneficial but is not the primary qualification.
  • Technology-stack-specific expertise is not required; the ability to understand and coordinate across technical components is more important.
