  • 1-2 years of experience launching AI/ML-based products and working with AI vendors.
  • Proven ability to identify unmet customer needs and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align technical capabilities with user needs and business value.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and external partnerships.
  • Track record of leading innovative product development with a focus on user experience.
  • Business acumen with experience in creating and managing financial models and forecasts.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong influence and communication skills; able to align cross-functional teams around product priorities.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and rapid product iteration.
  • Skilled in storytelling and translating complex concepts into clear, concise narratives.
