  • Develop product strategies, roadmaps, hypotheses, prototypes, and MVPs.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to turn customer needs into product requirements.
  • Write user stories, prioritize the backlog, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Lead prototypes, pilots, usability testing, and product experiments.

  • 5+ years of Product Management, innovation, or digital product experience.
  • Proven 0-to-1 experience, taking a brand-new software product from discovery through launch.
  • Experience owning both product strategy and execution for B2C or B2B digital products.
  • Strong Product Discovery experience, including personally conducting customer interviews.
  • Recent Agile/Scrum experience with user stories, backlog ownership, prioritization, and ceremonies.
  • Experience partnering directly with UX/UI Design and Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, experimentation, adoption metrics, and data-driven iteration.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills across customers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and support recommendations with customer insights and data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, banking, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience using AI for prototyping, experimentation, workflows, or product development.
  • Experience developing products for small businesses or their employees.
  • Experience helping build or mature a growing Product organization.
  • A strong builder mentality and comfort creating structure from the ground up.
Benefits and Perks:
  • Annual bonus opportunity with total on target compensation potential of $219,000
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums
  • Generous retirement plan with employer match up to IRS limits
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance
  • Up to 35 remote workdays annually
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
Your New Organization:
Join an established financial services organization investing heavily in digital innovation, AI, and new product development.
