Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through a user-friendly telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual client needs across various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to intricately understand client backgrounds, strengths, and challenges, subsequently creating personalized treatment plans to facilitate their journey toward mental wellness.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to set realistic, attainable goals while monitoring and documenting their progress throughout treatment to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous and current clinical documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring that all client interactions are accurately recorded and easily retrievable.
• Utilize our centralized telehealth system to manage client scheduling seamlessly and to produce session notes efficiently, enhancing client engagement and improving service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You’ll be dedicated to providing compassionate care that resonates with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive and respectful therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must possess a full and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon, enabling you to provide independent and unsupervised therapy services.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working in a mental health setting is preferred, demonstrating your ability to handle a diverse range of client needs effectively.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools is advantageous.
