• LPN Compact License (or ability to obtain one if needed).
• 5+ years of patient-centered care experience-strong clinical knowledge is a must!
• Tech-savvy with EMR proficiency and comfortable working in a remote, digital environment.
• Excellent communication skills-you'll be on the phone daily engaging with patients.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented-you take ownership of your work and stay on top of performance targets.
