• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele through modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges.
• Engage clients collaboratively in goal-setting and progress monitoring throughout the treatment process, ensuring therapies are effective and adjustments are made as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations while leveraging our digital platform for ease in managing records.

Our clientele spans diverse backgrounds, presenting a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and more. Counselors will engage with individuals across various demographics, tailoring treatments to ensure cultural sensitivity and responsiveness to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Candidates must possess a full and active license issued by the State Board to provide therapy independently (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
• Strong proficiency in using digital platforms for scheduling and documentation is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Prior experience in outpatient counseling settings, particularly in remote contexts, is highly desirable.
