• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology, ensuring a confidential and professional environment.
• Assess client needs through detailed consultations and interviews, utilizing standardized assessment tools to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual’s situation.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and feedback, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to support their evolving goals.
• Document all therapeutic interactions meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining up-to-date client files.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Uphold ethical standards and practice within legal frameworks in every aspect of client interaction and therapeutic service.

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring that each session is tailored to their unique cultural and personal contexts. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered to navigate their mental health journeys.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree in one of these areas is highly preferred.
• Possession of active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to best practices in therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting, enhancing your comfort with digital platforms.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or person-centered approaches.
• A strong background in handling diverse populations and a skillset in cultural competence to address the nuanced needs of clients.
