You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and administrative staff, to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive care. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans for clients, taking their unique backgrounds and needs into account.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, as well as individual and family therapy, to encourage healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care and referrals as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

Our LPCs work primarily with vulnerable populations who may have limited access to mental health resources. You will engage with individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your compassionate and tailored approach will make a significant difference in the lives of those who are often underserved.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, preferably within a community health setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team to provide cohesive client care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or marginalized communities, will be an asset.

• Salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
