This fully remote position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing counselors to manage their schedules while working in a collaborative virtual setting. You will engage in telehealth sessions, which have become vital to expanding access to mental health care, particularly in today’s digital age. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will include:

• Conducting individualized video chat sessions with clients to support their mental health needs.
• Facilitating conversations that encourage clients to express their feelings and experiences, fostering insights that lead to personal growth.
• Acting as a client advocate, assisting individuals in identifying their personal goals for therapy and overall wellness.
• Evaluating clients’ mental health conditions to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused strategies.
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with clinic standards.

Our clientele primarily includes adults who present with low-acuity mental health issues, enabling them to engage in therapeutic processes that enhance their quality of life. Our multidisciplinary approach encourages clients to develop essential coping skills, navigate their emotions, and strengthen relationships within their communities.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• An independent mental health license, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Strong proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and managing digital communications with clients.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:

• Prior experience in telehealth counseling or virtual therapy settings.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges faced by young adults and families in a community health context.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate community resources into treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience and hours worked. Additional benefits for full-time counselors include:
