As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide empathetic and ethical individual counseling to clients via secure video chat, ensuring their comfort and privacy throughout the therapeutic process.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy modalities to help clients achieve their mental health goals effectively. You will assess their needs, identify underlying issues, and implement appropriate therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and measurable outcomes to monitor your clients’ progress over time.
• Engage in active listening and open-ended questioning to help clients gain insights into their emotional experiences, relationships, and coping strategies.
• Consistently evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking to improve their mental health and wellness. Your role will involve fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment, ensuring that each client feels heard and supported throughout their therapy journey. • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid state licensure as a mental health professional, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Experience in practicing independently without supervision, with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential to connect effectively with clients.
• A strong understanding of contemporary psychotherapy practices and a willingness to stay informed about industry developments.
• Proficiency with technology, including teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools.

• A demonstrated history of providing effective individual therapy to adults.
• Experience using solution-focused therapy techniques would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms or virtual therapy modalities is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 130,000 per year, based on your work hours and client caseload. Benefits include:
